One Quarter of Grass-Fed Beef (Two Available)
Grass-fed until November on the Peace Meadow Farm of Cindy & Dan Mast. The beef is free of growth hormones and antibiotics. This is a tender, yet very low fat beef and usually retails for $8-$12 per pound. Processing includes dry hanging for 2-3 weeks. Each quarter will be approximately 50 lbs. of dressed, frozen, vacuum packed meat with a balanced array of steaks, roasts and ground beef. The packaged boxes of beef will be available for pick up at Smuckers Meats in Mount Joy in late November.
