Grass-fed on the Peace Meadow Farm of Cindy & Dan Mast. The beef is free of growth hormones and antibiotics. This is a tender, yet very low fat beef and retails for $8-$12 per pound. Processing includes dry hanging for 2-3 weeks. Each quarter will be approximately 50 lbs. of dressed, frozen, vacuum packed meat with a balanced array of steaks, roasts and ground beef. Meat will be available in late November. Processing fees are donated by Smucker Meats.
