At Landis Homes work is well underway on the new 103,000 square foot mixed use complex that will include the Learning & Wellness Center and 22 new residential living apartments. 

This innovative addition to the center of our campus will provide attractive opportunities to: 

• Expand life-long learning with classroom space for Pathways Institute®,
• Promote physical and spiritual wellness through The Quiet Place, pool, fitness room and aerobics room,
• Strengthen relationships among residents as they enjoy an art gallery, bistro and other amenities located in the commons, and
• Welcome family members, friends and the surrounding community to experience life at Landis Homes. 

After conferring with professional advisors, the Board determined to fund the Learning & Wellness Center with a combination of bank financing and donations from community members, family, friends, and business and ministry partners. We invite you to learn more about this initiative and to join the Landis Homes community as we launch a special fundraising initiative called Connections: A Campaign for the Learning & Wellness Center. We seek to raise a minimum of $3.2 million in contributions to make the Learning & Wellness Center a reality.
